item delivered 1 week late. Inability to reach customer service. Wrong food basket finally delivered. Refusal to give refund unless basket could be picked up from recipient one day later..(I was unsure if it was intact or not..didn't want to bother recipient).
Refual to reimburse.
Given credit for only partial amount.
Basket delivered was filled with a few inexpensive items vs. the items I had been promised in basket.
