Well I didn't get the product on time because no one picked the product up from the kansas city warehouse. Well now I'm getting refunded along hundreds of thousands of people because of your negligence. You should actually pay for my product in the amount of 135.00 because this was a guaranteed delivery and you failed costing me a days worth of work. Wise up, hire organized drug free employees and get a better management team. I could show your c.e.o.'s how to properly manage the system, and your upper managment. This is officially the fourth time, you've refunded the company that has in turn refunded me.
