Product: Boilermate, Indirect-Fired Hot Water Tank

installed 1997, now needs replacing. Have been dealing with no hot water recovery for 3+ years. Amtrol will not honor warranty becasue I am not original purchaser. Very bad business especially in this current environment. A lost customer and that is not good.
