hi, i have the magic jack and use only several times a week.. i had some work done on my pc / xp system ; and now it doesn't work. It was working fine for about 5months. When try to load the magicjack ; a pop-up saying not support by my computer? , would you please help me ;phone number and email address of tech service ; please? i love this product ; i purchase a 5 year plan;. I also purchase 8 from Staples as gifts and plan on buying more
