i have been trying to retrieve credit back from the satellite company direct tv ,, i have been gettin the run around..after i returned equiptment..the credit is in the amount of 334$ and some cents..they have horrible customer service..they keep telling me my money will be refunded back in 6 to 8 wks,,ridiculous..in check form and or will be returned to the same card where money was withdrawn from.. after almost 2 yrs of loyalty this is what i get in return! i would not recommend them at all!!
