A company has charged 5 differant charges under 5 differant names. We have sent all information to your fraud claims department, they don't even read what we send. They ask for the information they already haver over and over again. Even with the email and claim forms from the company saying they will refund and cancel the charges we can't get them removed. We have been hung up on by your customer service people. After 26 years as a customer we expect better service, the next step is to file complaints with the BBB, FBI, States attorney general, and file a law suit against Sears/Citi bank. This is the worst experiance one could expect from a company that says they are concerned with fraud and theft from their customers.
