First Universal Platinum opened a $7500 membership account on my visa. When confronted with the $39.99 charge that appeared on my visa they admitted they did not have enough information to use my card. The person at Universal Platinum kept telling me the refund to my credit card would not take place until 12 that night. I canceled my card as soon as we hung up.
