1. Place order on Saturday Oct 17 requesting delivery to funeral home Sunday Oct 18th
2. Informed by phone that deliveries could not be made Sunday, but they could deliver to the funeral home Saturday between 6-9pm.

3. Received e-mail confirmation of delivery as above.
4. Received 2nd e-mail notification of delivery changed to Monday.
5. Cancelled order Sunday Oct 18 but have not received cancellation verification as promised (for Monday morning)
6. Much difficulty reaching customer service
7. Very upsetting incident. The funeral was Sunday and we had no flowers to represent our sympathy.
