Product: Buffy season 1-7 dvd box set

Over three months ago I purchased a dvd several series box set from tvmegastore.com. After over 6 weeks of delivery time during which most of my inquiring emails were ignored I recieved my dvds. They do not work. They skip, stutter, some won't play at all. On the very first day I recieved my delivery I attempted to contact the company. I have recieved no reply, since then I have sent over 15 emails, with no reply. I spent a rather large amount of money for a useless item and as far as I can tell tvmegastore.com could care less.
