on june 3-0 I bought two pairs of shoes at the arrowhead store, glendale az. unfortunatly I can't find the receipt, but the sale person rememberd me rememberd the sale. Well one pair is not wearable! 97-1918-69 . the clasp on the right shoe is very sharp and the thong strap between the toes is very uncomfortabe. I Called to see if I could get a store credit and was told no. even though the shoe is defective and the salesgirl remembered me????
