Coming back from vacation we decided to visit the burger king in mt. pleasant wisconsin. We could have eaten at 4 other fast food chains instead of bk. We ordered thru the drivethru and waited 15 minutes. I went inside and there were 20 people inside still waiting for their food and 3 of us from the drivethru. I asked for my money back since I did not have another 20 minutes to wait. I am extremely disappointed in BK and the service they gave. This is unacceptable by todays standards and this is why BK is never going to be one of my top choices for fast food. Fast food???
