I submitted, about two weeks ago, complaints on the customer review section regarding specific carpet cleaners in Olympia, WA. Those two sites have other reviews printed, not mine. Are businesses allowed to determine which reviews of their own businesses are printed? AAACharm and Rick's Carpet Cleaners (same staff and phone number) seem to be posting selectively. Is that Superpages policy?
