I ordered rims and tires online and paid 1476$ on my c.c.the website said order wouldn't be completed until a representitive called me,no call recieved ,no e-mails recieved except order confirmation.I called customer service the order hadn't been shipped rims not in stock, I cancelled order, rep. said no problem we'll credit your account you should see it in 3-5 days ,6th day nothing I called wheelsnext again,told me to call back on mon. the rep. said "we've made a mistake,I'm going to put the credit thru right now"you should see it in 3-5 daysits now 10 days after that I still have no credit ,my card never should have been billed until items shipped
