Craftsman Snowblower used than than forty hours. Electric start fell off as did directional blower unit. Took back to Sears and was rudely told unit was six months out of warranty although there was a recall on blower unit. I was never informed. Advice I gave all my friends and family, DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS, ESPECIALLY CRAFTSMAN PRODUCTS!
