I have leased a van though the company and I wanted to refinance the payments. I was called by the supervisor and told to return the van back to the lot by that night or the next day so they can rework the financing i have done so. I was also told that I would receive the van back by the next day that was on Tues, and as of today Friday I have not received any phone calls and I also do not have the vehicle. I have done everything they have asked of me and they have not even had the courtesy of either call me or even emailing myself or my wife to let us know what is going on.
