i have been doing a modification since april and received no help i have sent in all the correct information 6 times!! know one communicates with me and every time i call its a different story , it is now july I am going to loose my house due to chase bank. I did my part but they did not do there's they always tell me they have to many loans to keep up with and they keep losing parts of my information that has all of my personal information on it. WOW how professional are they! I dod my other modification in two weeks with another company i sent in everything at the same time and all of the same information i dont understand this. Payments could have been made to Chase and I could keep my house but Chase bank doesn't care because if they did this among with others that this has and is happening to would not happen and innocent people with children would not become homeless. This is really ashame.
