HORRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE AT PAYMNENT CENTER IN PLAINVILLE, CT 06062 oVER 80 PEOPLE WAITED 1 HOUR INSIDE THE SMALL BUILDING IN PLAINVILLE, CT TO PAY , OUR BILLS, IS WAS SO HOT OUTSIDE AROUND 95 DEGREES AND HOT INSIDE, I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO FAINT, THERE WHERE SOME ELDERLY PEOPLE THAT HAD A HARD TIME STANDING, THE WORST SERVICE EVER, THEY OFFERED THE CUSTOMERS NOTHING, SHAME ON THEM DESTINY492
