can't access conference calls

I can no longer access conference calls. I am referred to Magic Jack 's conference service but I do not have my own conference calls. I listen to other people's conferences. Is there a ban on accessing conference calls? I listen about 10 to 15 hours a month. I have not overused the service so I don't understand about this ban.
