Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Anu valsakumarrema.My wizard number is 2LNO9J.Actually I am Avis first Member .I have been renting with you guys from so long and i always preffered you guys .When i became a Avis first member i came to know that you guys give me free weekend rental ,So when i called you guys ,you told me its already been sent to my email id.When i said i didnt receive anything through email ,one of your representative she gave me that day the coupon number .Since i was driving and i didnt have pen at that time ,i asked her ,can i call you back to get this coupon number.She said yes.So now i need to use this coupon to book a reservation ,but i called all possible avis number during the weekend .They gave me Customer support number to avail the coupon info..18003527900.Since they dont work on weekend ,i had to wait till monday and call them during my office hrs.So i did call,the customer service rep whom i talked with is Teresa Walker (1559),Even though i told that i am avis first member and i am not lieing about the coupon ,she /he acted so rude to me .She is so impatient and wasnt listening to me atall.This kinda customer service is unacceptable from reputed company like avis.She is like constantly i cannot find any coupon in the system .Which is really really unacceptable .Because i Swear that you guys gave me a free weekend rental coupon .I am in the urge to get that coupon to reserve my car ,so please take necessary action and i would really appreciate if you could get my coupon number as early as possible.This is really making me to feel bad ,that to get a coupon i called several number and i wasted so much time and energy and still nothing.How come she is saying that there is no info in the system ?.As a Avis first member ,its a simple logic that we get free weekend rental .Anyways i really hope that you can do something about it.Thanks for your time.
