Samsung is completely incapable of repairing a washer that I bought in May 2009 and it is now July 2009. The glass door is broken and therefore I have not been able to use the washer. I have spoken with Samsung on a number of occasions and today, July 2009 they showed up with the wrong part so I will now have to wait until Aug. or later. I have never dealt with a more incompetent manufacturer who does not stand behind their product to meet customer satisfaction!
