taking money out of someones account that is not responsible for a bill. Just because you pay a bill for someone does not mean u want to take over the persons bill forever. RETURN MY MONEY YOU HAVE THE LETTER YOU WANTED FROM THE BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
