I bought Premier Package on 8/31/09, which was supposed to include NFL Sunday Ticket. Today, Every Sunday Ticket channel says "Not Purchased". Fix it now! You owe me!!
Your Customer Service is a joke! What does it take to talk to a "real" person!! I was on hold for 20 minutes with no hint of how long I would be on hold
