I've emailed Shamwow twice now with NO reply about the problem of when you wash the Shamwows, they loose their absorbancy. They state they have a 10 yr warrenty on this product yet you can't get ahold of them via phone & they won't reply to emails. Not a good way to run a business let alone 90% of advertising is Word-Of-Mouth...
