I want a full refund for my order of $170. I don't trust you, you're rude and very unhelpful and authority defying. I want you to give me an assurance in writing that I will receive a full refund. Otherwise I will go to the full extent of my rights to make sure I receive a full refund, and I will do EVERYTHING I can to make sure shoppers looking for your products will find your company's review on every review site out there, regardless of whether you refund me or not. I sincerely wish you would go out of business and never be able to start one again.
