Hey-

Recently got a packet of CVS coupons that included $5 off to convert VHS videos onto dvd. I drove to two different CVS stores where I live and neither were aware of the coupon and neither knew what the procedure was for VHS to dvd. One shift supervisor even told me that CVS didn't do it after I told her I had a coupon and showed it to her. I told her I'd just gotten the coupon then she took a second look and said that they don't do it at her store. (This same CVS store had a photo processor machine that had been leaking some sort of chemical that you could smell at the photo counter.) The folks at the other store were very nice, gave me their number and asked that I call them before coming back to make sure they'd been able to get the info - a reasonable response if you were unaware of the procedure for whatever reason. Anyhow, there it is. I'll be calling back the first store to see if they found out anything.
