I have written numerous eamils to this company's customer support and waited extremely long times on their phone. No one answers the phone or returns emails.

I placed an order for a $1 sample of Colotox. Several weeks later, in late November I received order#1621619 -- with unwanted items and a charge to my credit card for $40+. Two days later I received a duplicate package with the same order number with another $40+ charge.

I finally got an answer to emails and an RMA number to return the items. I put both packages (original and duplicate) in one larger package with copies of our emails and sent return receipt by the US Post office.

According to the Post Office tracking number they received the package 5 days later. However, I received an email from them saying they did not send a duplicate order and my credit card was NOT charged twice.

However, mMy credit card WAS charged twice. In fact the charge for the duplicate order was posted on the same day I received their email saying they had not received my return package.

I have made numerous phone calls with long wait times and sent several other emails, and get no answers.

I have reported all of this to my credit card company and right now they are working with me.

Today I received a 3rd package-- which I NEVER ordered and another $44.90 charge to my credit card.

The packing slip says that I was registered as a member of LifeStyle Program and will receive monthly packages until I cancel my membership.

I did not sign up for this program and DO NOT want any products sent on a monthly basis at anytime.

I want a refund of all three charges to my credit card and my name removed from any and all programs assocaited with this company.
