How can you claim to be a child friendly practice when an aprehensive child has to wait 2 hours in the waiting room and another hour to have partial x-rays done? Never actually having yhe dentist look at his teeth. I walked out and will make it a point to let everyone do not take your children here. What's the point of having an appointment?
