An unfair finance charge of $84.31 was added to our bill. The lawn-mower, to which we got the no finance deal, was paid off long ago, but we added more yard appliances to the bill, between then and now. We are elderly, not in good health, and on a limitted income. We pay 5 to 10 times, per month, the required payment, and have been customers for 50 years! We ask you to think if you would like to see your parents or grandparents treated so badly? If so, would you want these unfair finance charges removed?
