Direct TV basically stole $1097.35 from my checking account causing me to have over $713.00 worth of insufficient fund fees. I am a teacher and get paid monthly, thus this caused an issue with other creditors. I never terminated services with Direct TV nor was I aware of a contract (which I did not sign) and that when I purchased my HD DVR receiver from Circuit City, that is was still leasing it from Direct TV. This has hurt my financially and I am in the process of moving, as I explained to a representative on July 13, 2009. I contacted my bank about the unauthorized withdrawal and filed a dispute; however the investigation can take up to 45 days. I need this issue resolved immediately. Please Help.
