you just stopped yourself from getting great service. I have worked with 2 out of the top 10 and now work for ups freight . your experinece may not have been great twice but look how much you have ordered and got flawless service and not to metion you got all that stuff in great condition.Tell ya what try Old Domion Freight then you can come on here and run them down when ya get your stuff in a plastic bag. I promise you , you'll be back and glad of it.call the main office in richmond these people are deticated to give good service
