Boutique Jewels has an unrealistic return policy. They are an online merchant and have a fifteen day return policy. So, if it takes the better part of a week to get the merch, and if you're sitting by the door waiting for it to come and can turn it around and overnight it to them, MAYBE you'll get your money back.

In addition, their policy is very HIDDEN. It is not on the shipping ticket, not on the receipt, and you have to click the Return Policy link to even find out how terrible this policy is. Having it be so constrictive and not being upfront/proactive about it is just bad customer service.
