I ordered 4 items, received 2 in a timely manner. The other 2 were delivered and left behind a bush to be discovered 2 days later. The boots ordered were the wrong size even though the box said the correct size, the boots were 7.5 not 8.5 as the box indicated and the size ordered was 8.5. I was unable to print a receipt to return the boots as they are still indicated as not having shipped yet. I am now going to have to make another trip to the store for a return and hope that they have the boots. I am sure that this is not the way you want to treat customers.
