I purchased a ticket to a Notre Dame football game to be held on Nov 7 .... I bought the ticket off Stub witha future shipping date ..... as a major seller, I understand this process ..... I am leaving from New York for the game the morning of Nov 4 with 3 tickets ... we are a family of 4 ..... hence the purchase .... after the purchase I was given a ship date of Nov 3 .... after many calls and stories, I have been unable to improve the date .... and do not want to leave with only 3 tickets and have the 4th ticket delivered, perhaps, to my hotel .... I have tried to have them cancel the order and I make another purchase ... to no avail .....have asked if they can assure me a ticket prior to getting on my plane ..... and they said no ....... I do not want to leave without the 4th ticket in my hands ....... I don't know why they wont guarantee me a ticket the moening of the 4th ...... I spoke to a supervisor who would not give me the name of his boss ..... and said he is empowered to be the president, who doesn'stub t take customer phone calls .... I am at my wits end ...... I need someone to step out of the box to insure my satisfaction of this purchase .....
