My name is Michael Walker and I have been a customer of the Amerada Hess store #9401 located on 9489 East Gulf to Lake Hwy 44 in Inverness Florida,34450.I have been a loyal customer since day 1 and have never made a customer complaint before until now and will no longer shop in this location until this situation is rectified.It has gotten to this point because the store manager has not and will not do anything about this situation.On Sunday,December 7th 2008,I pulled up and went to the gas pumps as usual and while filling up my gas tank I could not throw my garbage away,wash my windows and not one of atleast 14 garbage cans had one paper towel in them.This is not the first time this has happend but when I entered the store the person at the cash register was extremely busy and I noticed that the employee named Jennifer had walked into the store a few moments ago so I went to ask her for some information which she would not give me and was horribly rude and ignorant,this is not the first time,everytime I go into that store and she is working she is rude and nasty.She never greets people,says thankyou,smiles,she dosen't know the meaning of customer service and should not deal with people PERIOD!!!!She would not even give me her name and there are no name tags,I found out her name by a women when I walked outside she informed me she was going through the same thing with this employee and the store manager has done nothing.I was informed there are people who have been making complaints and along with me and her as well now we will no longer be regular customers until something is done.It has gotten to the point that Hess would rather have a miserable employee then customers that pay the bills.Please makesure something is finally done about this situation.
