Slow download/upload speeds during the day. So slow I think dial-up is better. The only way you can help me is by delivering close to the 1.6Mbps you advertise and not the 75Kbps I actually receive or lower my bill to reflect the product you deliver, I think $14.99 per month is fair as opposed to $79.99 per month you currently charge me.
