1st I would suggest you put me in charge of LOGISTICS.
2nd Sears needs to be more competitive in today’s market.

Sears does not stock the Vacuum filters to the product they sold us...
1.Sears Repair center, Witchduck Rd,VB
2.As the customer I need to drive 30 miles in traffic on my time & gas. a. When you have delivery trucks going there anyhow. b. Then sears request I pay shipping fees. Ahaaa. c. For the fees sears request I can ship a package: TO N FR: Japan.., the question is: What is Sears missing. The package is no larger than 12"x12" it could fit in a shoebox. Seriously sears should reevaluate charging customers shipping fees, on customer orders that support products they support or sell to loyal customers. (That’s what stores do.)
