This guy has got to be kidding! China had and extreme earthquake at the end of June that killed hundreds of thousands of people, all shipping and mail services have been held up for the last month. take this review with a grain of salt, he is an idiot! I have been to the new Shipping Express 5 times now and have never had a problem
