I bought the Peace of Mind Package in July for two homes, one I just bought and one that when I sale the new owner will have. I called the end of November and all circuits were busy. I emailed, nothing, mailbox full. I called again yesterday, now phone disconnected. My microwave broke after Thanksgiving and my garage door is in need of repair, works sometimes.
