I had bought a shed from sears . The delivery was on time and professional. The installtion service however was a disaster. They did not show up. They did not call me to say they won't come. They want to postpone the installation for another week.. This is one disaster transaction. I always thought Sears is a great place to buy from. I just bought a mower 2 months ago from them. The experiece however made me hate sears!!
