I called yesterday (1/20/09) and was on hold for 46 minutes. I spoke to a female that told me I had to call NordicTrack for support. I called NordicTrack and was routed back into your LONG call queue. I just need to make a service request. My treadmill is less than 3 months old and not running properly. RESPOND TO ME PLEASE!!
