Have tried getting a service tech out for 3 weeks. I dont understand why we have to work around his schedule. People work during the day and cannot miss work for a service tech. Also only giving me specific saturdays to come out? Levin should be customer service oriented and fit there schedule around their customers.
If you had better quality of furniture we wouldnt have this problem to begin with.
