Your program is marketed as a free program and all you pay is for shipping. Once you are given teh credit card # for the shpping, we the consumer sign up for what we think is a free program but are actually signing up for an automatic program that ships video programs at 189.00. This is misleading and I will report it to BBB and more agencies.
