Returned 2 orders back in July 2009 with return authorization numbers. It's now 3 months later and still have not received a credit to my account for the returned items. Left several calls & emails and finally talked to a couple reps on Oct 1st & 7th. They said my acct should be credited within 24-48 hrs. Time has come and gone still no credit. It appears this is a Shady company you cannot trust to do business with.
