On 10/29/09 at 9:10pm I placed an order. I finally received my food at 9:27pm. Then the order was wrong and the fries were cold too.

They never apologized at all for taking so long and never asked me any questions or made any offers (condiments or etc). They didn't even give me any napkins.

Just the WORST experience EVER in any restaurant.
