THIS IS THE WORST, MOST DISHONEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I spent $395 on a spin bike and when I recieved the item, it was missing parts and the pedal screw was rounded out, so that the pedal did not stay on. I decided to return the item and ordered a Keiser spin bike instead from a different company. I waited over 6 weeks for a return (even though the site says up to 4 weeks) and only got $246 back!!! Even though they sent me a broken item, I am out over $150 with nothing to show for it! Every time I call I wait over 30 minutes on hold, only to recieve no information and rude customer service reps! Managers were always "in meetings at corporate". He even has the nerve to tell me that a replacement part was never sent out or reported from the missing leg, even though it was included in the return shippment in the original packaging! By the time I called and reported the missing leg, they were about to pick up the item to return, and I just put the envelope in the box. After stealing almost half of my money- he has the nerve to call me a liar! I told him that is just not right to send me a broken item, and then charge me to return it! I have also e-mailed numerous times looking for when I might get my return (which is supposed to be the fastest method) and NO ONE EVER RETURNS THE E-MAIL!!!
