This product is not as advertised. It was impossible to have a conversation with anyone due to the constant break-ups in the reception. If I used it to call any customer service it was impossible to hear them in addition to the breakups. Maddening!

I've tried to find a customer service number or email address but nothing is available so I haven't been able to make this request through the company itself.

I hope you can obtain a refund for me. thanks, Loretta
