I would like for these people to refund my overpayment. The dealer I purchased my new car from paid them off May 20. I failed to stop my automatic payment so my account was overpaid. They claim they are waiting to make sure the dealer's check clears. But, they did send the dealer the title to my old car. I think these people are crooks that float anybody's money to earn a profit.
