I signed up for one of your package deals and was told a rebate form would be mailed with the first bill. The form was not included with the bill, I called and was told it would be taken care of. The next bill arrived with no discounts. I called again and was told a second time that it would be taken care of. It still has not been taken care of and now I've received a letter that the time period has past for the rebate. I fill I have been lied to be your company. The billings have not been corrected. Your company has breeched its comtract with me.
