I placed a order with ecost during a promotion period which mentioned i will be receving a $30 rebate if i place a order for $100 or more and make the payment using paypal. The advertisement on ecost mentinoed the rebate will get credited to my paypal account with in 6 to 8 weeks. I have not received any rebate and when i call ecost they say its Paypal's promotion and when i call Paypal they say they don't have any information regarding the promotion.
