It is a crap shoot getting proper reception of any programming! What's more the hidden service fee for them to come out to service their very own equipment or their "Protection-plan' fees are quite ridiculous. The rental of equipment and service is way too high in the first place let alone add insult to injury and pay the money grubbers to fix their own equipment.
